I work at the meeting point of therapeutic shamanism, coaching, and parts-of-self-based approaches. My practice is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and person-centred ways of working.
I support people through periods of change, inner conflict, and reorientation. The focus of the work is not only insight, but helping people respond to what is happening in a way that is more clear, grounded, and true to their lives.
