What is shaping your life is mostly out of sight.
Much of it lives beneath awareness — in the ways you learned to adapt, protect, and become who you needed to be.
Talking and reflection can take you far.
But they do not reach everything.
Some layers only open through image, symbol, and felt experience — the language the psyche uses when something cannot yet be said.
This work goes there.
Not to analyse from a distance,
but to meet what is shaping you — directly.
And when you do, something begins to shift.
You are no longer organised around the same unconscious patterns. You are no longer only reacting from them.

How We Work

The process

We begin with clarity.
What is the change you want from this work? This is not about endless digging or fixing everything at once. It is about getting to what is actually driving the pattern and working with it.
The work is deep and reflective — and grounded in real life.
Coaching helps bring clarity to your situation, your relationships, and the changes you need to make. Shamanic work helps access the deeper patterns that may not shift through talking alone. It works through images, symbols, and felt experience and is always anchored back into everyday life.

What happens in a session?
Sessions last up to 2 hours. We meet fortnightly, so the work has time to settle and ripple into your everyday life.
1. The intention
We begin by getting clear on what is asking for attention. Not just the topic - the real point of pressure. The place where something is stuck, repeating, fraying, or asking to be faced. This gives the session focus and direction.
2. The Journey
I then do the shamanic journey, while you rest, listen, and stay connected to your inner experience. This usually lasts around half an hour and gives space for deeper material to emerge through image, symbol, sensation, and felt experience. I then share the journey with you, and we explore what it may be opening up.
3. Unpacking & Integration
Sometimes its meaning is clear straight away. Sometimes it becomes clearer over time. Either way, we work with what has come through - exploring its meaning, noticing what it touches in you, and bringing it back to your life, your choices, and what may now need to change.
Between Sessions

Part of the work happens in the journey itself, where something begins to shift at a deeper level. Then, as we reflect on it together, old beliefs, emotional reflexes, and patterns that no longer fit start to come into view. That awareness matters, but it is not the end of the work. The journey sets something in motion. These tools help you stay with it, give it space, and keep listening in.
This is where change starts to take hold in your life.
1. Journey recording
After the session, I’ll send you a recording of the journey so you can return to it in your own time. You might want to listen again, read it slowly, sit with the imagery, or come back to it later when something new begins to make sense.
2. Reflections
Depending on the session, I may also send a few reflections or questions to help you stay with what came up. You can write a lot, a little, or nothing at all. Take what is useful and leave the rest.
3. A Living Map of Your Process
You’ll also have access to a private digital space where everything is kept in one place - your journey notes, insights, symbols, and reflections. Over time, it becomes a place you can return to - a record of what has emerged, what has shifted, and what has become clearer through the work.
