It’s ancient wisdom.
For most of our 200,000 years as humans, it was normal. It was how our ancestors made sense of the world, navigated illness, conflict, grief, and purpose. It was practical. Relational. Rooted not in belief, but in direct experience.
In modern language, we might call this: trauma work, nervous system repair, working with the unconscious, or untangling family patterns. We could talk about working with biofield or the quantum field behind everything.
Shamanism is all that. And more.

the process
Our journey together starts with an introductory call

If you’re interested in working together, the first step is to book a free 15-30 minute introductory call - a chance for us to connect, discuss your challenges and goals, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Before we begin working together, we’ll take time to get clear on the kind of change you’re hoping for. We’ll explore what might be at the root of the challenge and consider which approaches or interventions could support your process.

What happens in a session?
Sessions last between 1.5 to 2 hours. We usually meet monthly, giving the healing time to settle, integrate and take root in your everyday life.
1. Each session starts with an intention.
You’ll be met with deep presence and curiosity - a space where your story can unfold naturally and every part of you is welcomed. Together, we’ll listen for what’s needed that day, allowing each session to gently peel back another layer, bringing us closer to the change you’re working towards.
2. The Journey
Then, I do the shamanic journey. It usually takes half an hour and it gives you time and a safe space for you to either relax or meditate as you listen to the sound of a drum. In a journey, I will be given a healing story and symbols relevant to you, your intention and your life - we interpret them together after I narrate the journey to you.
3. Unpacking & Integration
Sometimes, the meaning of the symbols is instant, and we are shocked by their relevance. Other times, it feels more abstract at first. But either way, as you sit with it, feel it in your body, explore the meanings, and follow where it leads, something begins to shift. The impact is deep and lasting. It changes you from the inside out.
Beyond the Session
Healing begins in the journey - energetically, below the surface. Then, when we unpack it together, patterns start to show. Old beliefs, emotional reflexes, things that no longer fit. This awareness is powerful. But it doesn’t stop there. The journey begins something. It sets an inner process in motion. These tools help you stay with it, give it space, and keep listening in.

1. Journey Recording
After the session, I’ll send you a recording of the journey to revisit in your own time. Some people write it out, some draw, some move with it, and some just keep listening. The recording is there as a companion, however you choose to work with it.
2. Extra Support & Reflections
I’ll also suggest some simple things you can do to go deeper and further ingage with what came up in a journey. These might include body-based exercises, journaling prompts, reflections, or creative tasks - whatever feels most useful for where you are and helps the process unfold.
3. A Living Map of Your Process
You’ll also have access to a private digital board where everything is gathered in one place - the journey recording, your insights, symbol meanings, notes and reflections. Over time, it becomes a living, evolving map of our work together - something you can return to again and again as life unfolds.
